We were initially contacted to replace 1x rotten support post and associated structural and decorative timber, upon further inspection, the majority of all structural beams were completely rotten.

All structural aspects of upper and lower terrace sections were replaced and decorative items renewed also. The upper section was finished in a Polyroof liquid roofing system (thanks to Lamprell roofing ltd) in anthracite and white finish, with a non slip coating provided also for use in the winter months and wet weather!
